Design Services
New York based design and merchandising team of 17 employees with award-winning
designs. Our creative design department stays on top of current fashion
trends, fabrics, and silhouettes to support our growth in all categories.
Marketing & Brand Management
In-house marketing and licensing department that covers all print and outdoor
advertising, trade shows, showrooms, advertising and public relations.
Sales
Ten in-house sales professionals, comprised of two groups: sports league
and athletic brands, lifestyle apparel and private label programs. The sales
team focuses on major national and regional retail accounts. Smaller retail
accounts are covered by a nationwide network of 20 independent sales representatives.
Production
Franco Apparel Production offices overseas all select sourcing and monitors
production to insure on time delivery.
Private Label Brand Merchandising
In addition to our portfolio of brands, Franco Apparel designs and produces
Private brand merchandise for today's most prominent retailers nationwide.

Design/Product Development
Our product development team is available to work with retail
brand management to create exclusive products for our customers. Our designers
are available at whatever level of service required, from bid programs
to fully designed collections. Lifestyle brands. Private label designs
are redesigned each year based on current European trends, research
services, and key retailer feedback.
Approval
Our product managers work with the retailer to assure that
every step of the product approval process runs smoothly.
Production
Franco Apparel production offices oversea all select sourcing and
monitor production to assure on time delivery.
Quality Assurance
To maintain the quality of every product and
brand that we design and manufacture, Franco is proud to produce apparel
under the 2.5 A.Q.L. standards. Franco's inspection teams are independent
of production and are certified to adhere to the most rigorous
compliances. Retail
representatives are welcome to visit our manufacturing facilities. Testing
is done on all products by independent agencies.
Manufacturing
All suppliers/contractors are held to the highest standards of conduct
and go through an annual third party certification process as required
by our company and all major retailers. Products are specific to the country
based on the category and type of fabrication.
Global Sourcing
Franco Apparel Group achieves major cost advantages with the use of
overseas factories in order to consistently offer high-quality merchandise
at competitive prices. In addition, the company owns full service buying
offices in Thailand, Hong Kong, Korea and Turkey as well as, sources
additional products from a variety of manufacturers located in China and
Portugal. Using both our network of specialty cut and sew operations and
high volume mills, Franco Apparel Group employs a sourcing team to cover
all aspects of development, production, and delivery to provide a true
one-stop package.
Warehousing
We maintain an efficient 200,000 square foot
distribution center in Dayton, New Jersey; which is equipped with a fully
automated system that is capable of tracking inventory by location and
receiving and transmitting EDI orders and invoices.
