| Ike S. Franco, President and CEO of Franco Apparel Group started his
career in the apparel industry by working for his brother's domestic textile
business, Little Bitty. Ike studied the entire manufacturing process from
garment construction to sales. Within a few short years, Ike
has acquired license after license developing Franco Apparel Group into
a multi million-dollar company. "We offer products in every category so that we can service all the needs of our buyers, creating a one-stop shop," said Franco, who founded the company in 1987. Current sports licenses include NBA, NHL, NCAA, MLB, Starter, Shaq, and Russell Athletic. Along with the Laura Ashley collection, Franco also has its own brands including Little Bitty, Baby Inc., and Cotton Club. Recently the vendor has acquired the powerhouse lifestyle brand, New Balance that will launch in Spring 2004. Looking towards the future, more labels will be added to Franco's carefully managed mix with the goal of doubling the volume within the next two years. In the October 2003 issue of Sports Edge Magazine, Ike is featured as one of the Top 25 Leaders in the Industry to watch. On June 14th, Ike S.
